Tier 2: Include your insights and any questions for your group support.
Tier 3: Prioritize clarity for priority review and high-touch feedback.
Reflection Instructions
Â
This reflection is designed to be quick, focused, and actionable. Complete it every week after finishing your lesson. Your answers do not need to be perfect; consistency matters more than perfection.
Â
-
Capture the main takeaway: What was the single most important idea or lesson you learned this week? Write it in your own words so it sticks.
-
Apply the lesson: Describe one specific action you applied this week, or one action you plan to apply before your next reflection. Focus on something concrete and realistic.
-
Reflect on challenges: Were there any obstacles, confusion, or difficulties you encountered while completing the lesson? Note what they were and consider strategies to overcome them.
-
Celebrate wins and progress: Even small steps forward count. Write down any accomplishments, insights, or improvements you noticed in your work or mindset.
-
Ask questions: Include any lingering questions, uncertainties, or areas where you want additional clarification. These can guide your use of community support or admin feedback.
-
Consistency over perfection: Remember, the goal is to reflect weekly. It’s better to submit short, honest reflections consistently than to wait until they feel “perfect.”
-
Optional extra notes: If you want to add any additional thoughts, ideas, or observations that don’t fit into the other prompts, use this space. This can include creative ideas, personal insights, or lessons learned from outside the program.

Support & Tips
Â
Tips for a successful weekly reflection: Take a few quiet minutes to think about your week. Be honest and clear, but remember that it doesn’t need to be perfect. Focus on capturing your key insights, one action step you applied or plan to apply, any challenges you faced, and questions you might have. Consistency is far more important than perfection — submitting your reflection every week keeps you on track and helps you retain what you learn.
If you’re unsure what to write, simply describe the lesson you completed, what you applied, and any difficulties you encountered. You can also include optional notes about wins, insights, or observations from outside the program. This is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and solidify your progress.
Tier 1: Keep your reflections short and focused on application.
