By accessing or using Quality Living Group services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Quality Living Group.
1. Service Description
Quality Living Group is an educational membership providing access to:
- 144-432 lessons (depending on tier) across Health, Wealth, and Mindset
- PDF guides, video lessons, and reflection worksheets
- Weekly guided release schedule (lessons unlock every Monday)
- Progress tracking tools
- Community access (tier-dependent)
- Coaching and support (tier-dependent)
Content is released on a structured weekly schedule over 52 weeks to prevent overwhelm and provide clear focus.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with 30 days' notice to active members.
2. Membership Tiers, Content Access & Release Schedule
Quality Living Group uses a guided weekly release schedule to provide structured progress and prevent overwhelm.
Content Release Schedule:
All tiers receive new lessons every Monday at 12:01am EST. Lessons from previous weeks remain accessible while your subscription is active.
Basic Membership ($100/month):
- 144 total lessons across Health, Wealth, and Mindset
- 3 lessons unlock per week (1 Health, 1 Wealth, 1 Mindset)
- 52-week program duration for full library access
- Each lesson includes: PDF guide, video lesson, reflection worksheet
- Includes: Progress tracking, mobile access, Foundation Community
Advanced Membership ($225/month):
- 288 total lessons (144 foundation + 144 advanced)
- 6 lessons unlock per week (3 from foundation course + 3 from advanced course)
- Access to both foundation AND advanced courses simultaneously
- 52-week program duration for full library access
- Includes: Everything in Basic PLUS accountability tracking automation, weekly group coaching call, priority email support (24-hour response), Advanced Community access
Mastery Membership ($350/month):
- 432 total lessons (144 foundation + 144 advanced + 144 mastery)
- 9 lessons unlock per week (3 per course)
- Access to all three courses simultaneously
- 52-week program duration for full library access
- Includes: Everything in Advanced PLUS monthly 1-on-1 strategy calls (30 minutes), personalized lesson prioritization, quarterly exclusive workshops (4 per year), direct founder access via Discord, private Mastery Lounge access
Lesson Access & Unlocking:
- New lessons unlock every Monday at 12:01am EST
- Previous weeks' lessons remain accessible indefinitely while subscription is active
- Lesson access is cumulative (Week 10 = access to all lessons from Weeks 1-10)
- Future weeks' lessons are locked until their scheduled release date
- Completing current week's lessons early does not unlock next week early
- This structure is designed to prevent overwhelm and encourage consistent implementation
Cumulative Access for Higher Tiers:
- Advanced tier members access BOTH foundation and advanced courses on same weekly schedule
- Mastery tier members access ALL THREE courses on same weekly schedule
- Higher tiers receive multiple courses' content each Monday (6 or 9 lessons total)
Upgrading Tiers:
- When upgrading, you immediately gain access to all prior weeks' content from new course(s)
- Example: Upgrade from Basic to Advanced in Week 5 → you immediately access Advanced Weeks 1-5 content, plus both courses continue weekly releases going forward
- Progress and completion status from previous tier is preserved
- You begin receiving new course(s) content starting the Monday after upgrade
Downgrading Tiers:
- Changes take effect at next billing cycle
- You retain access to current tier through end of billing period
- After downgrade, you lose access to higher-tier courses but retain access to courses included in new tier
Refund Policy Note: Due to the cumulative nature of content access, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy (separate page).
3. Account Access & Security
Access is granted upon successful payment processing.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate registration information
- Updating your payment information to maintain access
You may NOT:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Allow others to access the membership using your account
- Create multiple accounts for the same person
Access suspension or termination:
- Failed payment: Access suspended within 48 hours (email notification sent)
- Payment update: Access resumes immediately upon successful payment
- Terms violation: Immediate termination without refund
- Your data and progress are preserved during payment-related suspensions
4. Billing & Payments
Automatic Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis according to your selected tier.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards processed through Stripe.
Failed Payments:
- You'll receive email notification of payment failure
- Access is suspended 48 hours after failed payment
- Update your payment method to restore access
- Continued non-payment may result in account termination
Refunds: Governed by our Refund Policy. See separate Refund Policy page for complete terms.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Current members will be notified via email before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the increase if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
5. Membership Changes
Upgrading:
- Upgrade anytime from your member portal
- Pro-rated charges apply (you pay the difference immediately)
- Immediate access to new tier features and all prior weeks' content from new course(s)
Downgrading:
- Downgrade anytime from your member portal
- Changes take effect at next billing cycle
- You retain current tier access through end of billing period
- No refunds for unused portions
Cancellation:
- Cancel anytime from your member portal
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Access continues through your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
You agree to:
- Engage respectfully with other members and staff
- Protect the privacy of other members
- Provide constructive feedback
- Use the platform for its intended educational purpose
Prohibited conduct:
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind
- Sharing others' personal information without consent
- Spamming or commercial solicitation
- Posting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Encouraging others to violate these Terms
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content—including videos, lessons, worksheets, templates, graphics, and written materials—is the exclusive property of Quality Living Group and protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
You may:
- Access content for your personal educational use
- Complete worksheets and action plans as intended
- Take notes for your own reference
You may NOT:
- Share login credentials with others
- Download and redistribute program materials
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit any content
- Create derivative works or compilations without written permission
- Record, screenshot, or copy content for distribution
- Share course content outside the platform (including in social media groups, forums, or with friends/family)
Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

IMPORTANT: Quality Living Group is an educational membership, not professional advice.
We do NOT provide:
- Medical, healthcare, or nutritional advice
- Financial, investment, or tax advice

You must:
- Consult licensed professionals before making decisions affecting your health, finances, or legal matters
- Verify all information independently
- Take full responsibility for implementing any strategies or information

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
QUALITY LIVING GROUP SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
We do not warrant that:
- Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- Services are free of viruses or harmful components
- Results will be achieved
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
QUALITY LIVING GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use services
- Loss of business opportunities
- Damage to reputation
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Quality Living Group in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some Jurisdictions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quality Living Group, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights)
- Content you submit or share
- Any actions taken based on information or advice from the membership
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations
- Terminate any account at our discretion
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Upon termination:
- Your access to all content ceases immediately
- No refunds for unused portions of membership
- All licenses and rights granted to you end immediately
- Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect (including Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law)
You may terminate:
- Cancel your membership anytime from your member portal
- Your access continues through your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
13. Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt resolution in good faith. We will work with you to resolve disputes amicably.
Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive the right to:
- Jury trial
- Participate in class action lawsuits
- Participate in class arbitrations
Arbitration Location: Arbitration shall take place inUnited States, Massachuessetts or via video conference at the arbitrator's discretion.
Exceptions: The following are not subject to arbitration:
- Small claims court actions (disputes under $10,000)
- Injunctive relief claims (to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property)
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in United States, Massachussetts.
By using Quality Living Group, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
15. Third-Party Services
Quality Living Group uses third-party services including:
- Kajabi (platform hosting)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Email service providers (communications)
- Analytics tools (usage tracking)
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' practices, policies, or failures.
Your use of Quality Living Group constitutes acceptance of these third-party services' terms.
16. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using Quality Living Group, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
17. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes:
- Will be notified via email to all active members
- Take effect 30 days after notification
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Your options:
- Accept changes and continue using services
- Cancel your membership if you disagree with changes (before they take effect)
Minor changes:
- Typographical corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates
- Take effect immediately upon posting
- Will not trigger email notification
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quality Living Group regarding use of our services.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If we waive any breach of these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of any other breach.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms to any third party without restriction.
22. Force Majeure
Quality Living Group is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Third-party service outages (Kajabi, Stripe, email providers)

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Quality Living Group services.
