Welcome to the Quality Living Group. By enrolling in The Quality Living Transformation Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, ethical, and safe experience for all clients while protecting our proprietary content and business operations. These terms apply to all program content, including lessons, PDFs, videos, discussions, live sessions, emails, and any downloadable resources.

1. Program Access Rules

 

Access to the program is granted only after full payment of your selected tier—Basic, Advanced, or Mastery. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or program materials is strictly prohibited. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. By enrolling, you acknowledge that the program content is provided for educational purposes and not as prescriptive advice.

2. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are expected to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of their login credentials. Use of the platform must be ethical and comply with all applicable community and intellectual property guidelines. Clients must respect the privacy and contributions of other members, refrain from distributing or reselling program materials, and engage with content responsibly.

3. Payment Terms

 

Program subscriptions are billed automatically on the selected schedule, either monthly or annually. Access will be suspended for unpaid subscriptions until payment is received. In the event of late or failed payments, automated reminders will be issued. Refunds must be requested according to our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility, processing, and timelines.

4. Tier-Specific Terms

 

Different tiers provide access to distinct content and resources. Tier 1 includes foundational materials, Tier 2 includes guided coaching and advanced resources, and Tier 3 includes high-touch mentorship and exclusive content. Access to content, resources, and features is strictly determined by your selected tier. Upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations are subject to our billing and access policies.

5. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising from your use of the program must be submitted in writing to contact@jaredgaven.com. While we encourage informal resolution first, all formal disputes will be addressed promptly and fairly. By enrolling, you agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal remedies.

6. Liability Disclaimer

 

The program content is educational in nature and not intended as medical, nutritional, financial, or legal advice. Quality Living Group and its representatives are not licensed professionals in these fields. Clients are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals before implementing any recommendations. Results vary based on individual effort, engagement, and personal circumstances. Participation is at your own discretion, and Quality Living Group is not liable for injuries, financial losses, or other outcomes resulting from program use.

7. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

 

All content within The Quality Living Transformation Program, including videos, PDFs, graphics, course materials, and website content, is owned exclusively by Quality Living Group. Clients are prohibited from sharing login credentials, redistributing content, reselling materials, or copying resources for personal or commercial use. Violations may result in account termination and legal action. All downloadable resources will include copyright notices and watermarks where possible.

8. Compliance With Third-Party Platforms

 

Our program integrates with platforms such as Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, email software, analytics tools, and automation systems. All integrations comply with their respective Terms of Service and with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations. We maintain internal documentation of all contracts, agreements, and compliance measures, auditing these integrations regularly to ensure ongoing adherence.

9. Acceptance of Terms and Digital Acknowledgement

 

Before accessing any program content, clients must check a box confirming their agreement to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Liability Disclaimer. Agreements are stored digitally for all clients, and only those who provide consent are granted access to program materials. Optional electronic signatures or timestamped confirmations may be implemented to enhance record-keeping and accountability.
