Active Members:

  • All data retained while your membership is active

Canceled Members:

  • Account data: 12 months after cancellation (for reactivation and support)
  • Progress data: 12 months after cancellation
  • After 12 months: All data permanently deleted (except financial records)

Financial Records:

  • Payment history: 7 years (tax and legal requirements)
  • Anonymized for privacy after account deletion

Legal Holds:

  • Data involved in legal disputes retained until resolution

Anonymized Analytics:

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage data retained indefinitely for research and improvements
